Description
he SCANPAN Impact range features a heavy bonded base with a disk of aluminium
enveloped between two layers of high quality stainless steel to provide optimal
heat transfer and retention. For maximum durability, the walls of SCANPAN Impact
are made from 18/10 stainless steel, while the base has an 18/0 stainless steel
protector, ensuring that the cookware is suitable for all stovetops, including
induction. The overall design of SCANPAN Impact ensures fuss-free cooking.

The handles on the Impact frying pan are “cool” – made of cast stainless steel –
and attached with internal stainless steel rivets that ensure a permanently
tight grip. The unique edge design effectively prevents dripping and hidden food
debris. The edges of Impact products are designed to enable pouring from any
angle without dripping.
