A cocotte is traditionally used for stewing and frying. It originated in France where this casserole dish was designed to cook chicken dishes: in fact, the word “cocotte” itself is the French word for “little hen”.
This artichoke shaped casserole dish acts as an eye-catching feature in your kitchen. The cocotte holds 3L and is perfect for cooking healthy and tasty dishes, for poultry as well as for beef.
The cocotte has a diameter of 22cm.
