SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping is FREE for orders above R475. ?

A flat-rate fee of R 150 shipping will be charged for orders below R475. These rates apply to all areas/provinces in South Africa including outlying areas.

Once dispatched you can expect delivery to your door within 24 to 72 hours.

SHIPPING TIME:

• All orders made before 12:00 on Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) will be sent out on the same day.
• Any orders made after 12:00 pm on Monday – Thursday (excluding public holidays) will be sent out latest, the morning after your order.
• Orders made on a Friday after 12:00 will be sent out on the following Monday.
• Orders made on a Public Holiday will be sent out on the next working day.
• Orders generally take 1 – 2 working days to be delivered.

SHIPPING COMPANY & TRACKING:

We use Fastway for all our shipping requirements. Once you have made your order you will get an automatic confirmation email and once your package has been sent, we will send you a tracking number so you can count down the minutes till you receive your favorite Kitchenware goodies! ?
