Description
Zwilling Gourmet Knife Block Set 7 Pieces
This 7-piece knife block from the ZWILLING® Gourmet series includes a paring knife, utility knife, slicing knife, chef’s knife, multipurpose shears and a sharpening steel.
All chef’s knives in the ZWILLING® Gourmet knife set have a FRIODUR® blade that has been ice-hardened in a special process.
This gives the blades a tremendous resistance and is also corrosion resistant.
The black plastic handle, which is held in the classic three-rivet design, fits comfortably in the hand thanks to its ergonomic shape. The knife block is made of bamboo wood for a unique design and pattern.

– V-Edge – a two stage process which finishes in a fine symmetrical edge with the knife angle around 15
degrees per side
– SIGMAFORGE® knife – one-piece precision forging
