Care and Use:

1. Before first use wash and lightly oil the inner surface
2. Do not cook too hot or over a high flame.
3. Never heat the pan when it is empty 
4. Only sue plastic or wooden utensils.

6. Never leave food cooking unattended or allow food to dry in the pan.
7. Centre your pan over the heat source.
