The single basket and lid are hand crafted and woven using traditional ancient Chinese techniques from 100% natural eco-friendly non-toxic bamboo.

The tight lid can trap steam and ensure that the food is fully cooked to preserve nutrients and the original taste.

• Wash with clean water and ventilate it to dry before using
• If you don’t use it for a long time, you can use boiled water to clean it and then ventilate it to dry before using it again

Before using for the first time: Wash all pieces with hot soapy water, rinse well and then soak in hot water for 30 minutes.
After soaking, steam all baskets and lid for about 30 minutes (while empty).
